How do I arrange a quote?Just call Simon Dunning on 07919 827710 for an informal discussion of your build and timeframes. We will then arrange for a mutually convenient time for a site visit and to discuss your plans in further detail.
Is there any charge for a quote?We make no charge for our initial estimate or tender. Within which we would look to compile a detailed breakdown of your requirements and then compile an estimate based on the site visit and/or discussion with yourself and the available plans.
What about costs?We establish the exact cost for your proposed works before signing contracts. Should any additional works be required, you will be given advance notice of costs involved and will be informed at all site meetings or by email of any proposed extra costs should unforeseen problems arise during the build.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?Yes! We have both public liability and Contractors insurance cover of £5million and £1 million respectively meaning once we commence works your property and those of your neighbours are covered. We are more than happy to supply a copy of our cover with your quote.
Can I see examples of your past and current projects?We are happy to put you on touch directly with some of previous clients and arrange for you to view our current or past work.
Do you have any references from past clients?We have many! Please click on references above to read some of the recent feedback we have received on our services.
Is any job too small?Yes. We operate a team of specialist tradesmen who thrive on challenges, hard work and pride in the work they do. For that reason anything smaller than a loft conversion for example would be best undertaken by a smaller contractor.
I’m worried about trusting people in my home?By rewarding our subcontractors well for their hard work we show our appreciation for their skills. They in turn stay with us year after year, building a sense of teamwork and pride in what we do which you. Consummate professionals, they understand the importance of referrals, but most of all that it is your home.
Which areas do you cover?We cover all area’s of London, in particular West, Central and South London areas.
How is payment made for projects?We provide you with a payment schedule based either on time or meeting project milestones. This usually consist of an initial deposit followed by stage payments and 5% balance to be paid after a 6 month period when you are totally satisfied with your work and any snagging works have been completed.
What about planning permission, building control, neighbours partywall agreement?Don’t worry that’s our job! These are all details which can be addressed one by one, as we liaise with the other people you have onboard for your project.
What if it upsets my neighbours?We realise that long after we have left you will occupy the new home you worked so hard to create. For that reason we liaise closely with your neighbours and smooth the way for the building work to successfully carry on. With courteous and patience we have found that even the most awkward neighbour can be placated.
