Mono Ltd have been trading for over 20 years and therefore can offer a wealth of experience to assist you in your project. We can work collaboratively with your architect or on client led projects, and as we work only in London we have considerable experience with period/listed refurbishment and space maximisation. We are fully insured with all appropriate levels of employers and public liability insurance with indemnity limits of £10,000,000 and £5,000,000 respectively. We also hold contractors liability insurance to cover works in progress ensuring that all works, persons and property are completely insured whilst building works are being undertaken, providing peace of mind for our clients. Having worked extensively on architect driven projects we are happy to tender for works and offer clients a Schedule of Works, JCT for minor works and agreed schedule of payment driven by meeting project deliverables. We are professionals using highly skilled tradesmen and trusted specialist subcontractors who take pride in their work.
